Shipping policy

Tracking information is automatically sent to you once order is shipped. We have found the U.S. Post Office service provides great service, speed and reliability but if you require different service please contact our shipping manager at ladiebossessentials@outlook.com. We will always try our best to accommodate your needs. If your shipment is damaged during shipment, which is rare, we will refund or replace the product. Please inspect the package upon arrival for damages made during shipment and inform your carrier immediately.
